Key Responsibilities:
Branch Operations Management:
- Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Manage cash flow, including deposits, withdrawals, and ensuring adequate cash availability.
- Monitor and manage the branch’s financial performance
- Implement strategies to achieve branch targets for deposits, loans, and other financial products.
Member Service Excellence:
- Ensure high levels of member satisfaction by maintaining quality service standards.
- Handle member complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key member, addressing their financial needs.
Sales and Business Development:
- Drive branch sales initiatives by promoting bank products and services to existing and potential customers.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling financial products.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase the branch’s member base.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate branch staff to achieve individual and branch goals.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.
- Identify training needs and arrange for staff development programs.
Risk Management and Compliance:
- Ensure the branch adheres to all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Monitor and manage operational risks, including fraud prevention and security measures.
- Conduct regular audits and ensure the branch is prepared for external audits.

Job description
Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Travel Services-Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing tour and travel services, with specific experience in overseeing taxi services, managing drivers, and handling fleet operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Tour & Travel Management:
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of travel services, including booking tours, transportation, and accommodation.
- Develop and maintain relationships with travel partners, vendors, and customers to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and efficiency.
Taxi Services Management:
- Oversee the daily operations of taxi services, ensuring timely and safe transportation for clients.
- Manage a team of drivers, including scheduling, performance evaluation, and addressing any issues that arise.
- Monitor and manage the fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are well-maintained, clean, and in compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Fleet Management:
- Ensure optimal utilization of the fleet by coordinating vehicle assignments and tracking usage.
- Implement and monitor vehicle maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and reduce operational costs.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and repairs.
Compliance and Safety:
- Ensure all travel services comply with local and national regulations, including vehicle safety standards.
- Implement safety protocols and conduct regular training for drivers on safe driving practices and customer service.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare and present regular reports on travel service performance, including key metrics such as customer satisfaction and fleet utilization.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, making recommendations for enhancing service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing tour and travel services, with a focus on taxi services and fleet management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
- Proficiency in using travel management software and tools.
- Knowledge of local and national regulations related to travel and fleet management.
